    Who am I?

    I have 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist specializing in stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I currently work with adults, individually, with couples, and with families, online or in person. My specialty is creative expression therapy, which allows me to use various means of learning with my clients, such as dance, painting, stories, and music while using scientific evidence. I received the Jill Mellick Award of Excellence for my creative excellence and contribution to the scientific community in the use of creativity for mental health.
